If you want to export or import your customer list to Excel , you can do so by going to the ‘Orders and customers’ tab and selecting ‘Customers and statistics’. Click on 'More options' and you will see the following buttons:

Export your customer list to Excel
The ‘Export to Excel’ button allows you to export all your customer’s details into an Excel spreadsheet for your reference.

Import a customer list from Excel
It is possible to import customer’s details from an Excel document straight into Storefront. If you want to do this, we suggest you click ‘Export to Excel’ and use the layout of this document as a guide to the fields and information you need to put in the Excel file you wish to import.
